I’m so thrilled that you’re considering the Nola Wellness and Healthy Living Program!  The overall philosophy of my program is based on a highly nutritious eating plan that naturally slims you down, and combines fun, moderate exercise & proper supplementation.

This program was created for those of you who are in search of two things, first, the need to feel great and second, to understand what you’re putting into your body. In addition to being a Registered Nurse and Certified Pilates instructor, I’m a busy mom of three boys who works full time running two Pilates Studios.  I realized the toll that “grabbing a quick bite to eat”  was taking on my health, energy level (or lack of), wallet and overall wellbeing and state of mind.
